2025 AIDA Gala : Dinner Ticket Reservation Form

Below is the Dinner ticket reservation form.
Please note you will be required to select a main meal dish as well as denote any dietary requirements for each individual.
(NB: there is a Save & Resume Later link at the bottom of the form should you need to return later to complete. Enter your email address to receive a link via email. Alternatively, you can copy and save the link given.)

Full Table Dinner tickets will be seated together.
Individual Dinner tickets will be able to choose their seat at open tables at the event.
There will be NO accommodations provided for Individual Dinner tickets being allocated a specific seat/table.

Upon submitting your Dinner ticket reservation form, a confirmation email will follow shortly attaching your invoice and details on how to make payment. A Receipt of payment will be issued as confirmation your Dinner ticket reservation is complete.

Individual Dinner ticket : $150 plus HST (14%).
Table Dinner ticket (8x seats) : $1,500 plus HST (14%).

Payment can be made either by EFT or credit card/direct bank withdrawal.
There will be an additional 3% processing fee added to payment info, when using a credit card or direct bank withdrawal.

**CHICKEN BREAST stuffed with mushroom duxelle with a red wine jus & roasted herb red potato; **SEARED BLUE ATLANTIC SALMON with maple dijon glaze, hickory smoked fingerlings, miso saffron sauce; **VEGETARIAN (GF/V) Eggplant and mushroom Caponata grilled eggplant filled with balsamic glazed rain forest mushrooms and topped with vegan cheese.
