IDNS Membership Application

If you would like to become a member of IDNS, please follow the steps shown below:

Step 1: Review the Membership Application Process document to determine the application category in which to apply. (Student, Intern, Allied, Non Resident Registered or Registered).
Step 2: Fill out the Membership Application Form for the specific applicant category. Refer to the bottom of the application to determine which documentation is required to be submitted for each application category.
Step 3: Send the application with the fee and required documentation by mail or email to the address provided at the bottom of the application form.
Step 4: The Registrar and Membership Director will review the application and respond, in writing, within 30 days from receipt of fee and all required documentation.
Step 5: If you cannot provide all documentation required, you will need to apply for Alternative Pathway Review Program. Please contact registrar@idns.ca for information regarding this Program. 

For inquiries after you have submitted your application or if you require any documentation regarding your registration, please contact registrar@idns.ca. You will receive a response within 15 business days. Should you required assistance with your application, please contact registrar@idns.ca.
